Blend Video Sequences With Crossfade Transition
Smoothly blend two video sequences using a crossfade effect. Input two image sequences and define the transition length and blend mode. Outputs a single, merged video sequence.
About
This ComfyUI workflow is designed to seamlessly blend two video sequences using a crossfade transition. The workflow utilizes the 'FL_VideoCrossfade' node to achieve a smooth transition between two sets of image sequences, which are inputs representing video frames. The 'VHS_LoadVideo' nodes are used to load the image sequences for each video, while the 'VHS_VideoInfo' node provides essential metadata about the video sequences, such as frame rate and resolution. The 'VHS_VideoCombine' node then merges the processed sequences into a single output video.

Yes, but it is recommended to ensure both video sequences have the same resolution for optimal results. Use the 'VHS_VideoInfo' node to check and adjust as necessary.
You can adjust the 'crossfade_frames' parameter in the 'FL_VideoCrossfade' node to control the duration of the transition. More frames will result in a slower, smoother transition.
The workflow allows you to define different blend modes within the 'FL_VideoCrossfade' node. Experiment with these settings to achieve various visual effects.
Currently, the workflow processes the entire sequence before outputting the video. However, you can test with a shorter sequence to preview the transition.
